Scraps to Treasures Challenge #1 - New Year, New You

Welcome to the first Scraps to Treasures Challenge -- New Year, New You. 

For this challenge we were to create a card or layout about New Year's or about our New Year's resolution while using our scraps.  I created this card:

Week 14-1

Use some Christmas paper in a non-traditional way. This week the Design Team is using Bazzill Basic Paper Believe collection to create with.

Here is what I came up with.  A simple card to send to a special someone who just needs to be reminded that I'm thinking of them.

Krazy Crafting Crew - Anything Goes Blog Hop

     

Here we are in a New Year and all new projects for the hop. Today Robin Lane will be hosting from Create a Latte.  With the New Year, "Anything Goes" would be a great way to start. Do you like paper crafts, making cookies, crocheting or making pillows? Really anything goes for more fun and inspiration for us ladies who love to bake and do other things then paper crafts!

Cuttin' and Stampin' DT Call 2014

I have enjoyed my time on the Cuttin' and Stampin' Design team so much that this is my application for the next term! 

I want to share a few of my favorite projects with you as we move into the New Year!  I hope you enjoy them all as much as I enjoyed creating them!

This is an Advent calendar that I created.  Just need to add new tags in the pouches for fun things to do each day.

 

 

This is a graduation card I made for a Special Young Lady!  Who, by the way, is a Tinkerbell fan.

 

 

This is an altered notebook I made for my daughter.

 

 

 

This is a banner I made and sent for a child who is/was in the hospital.

NEW ~~ Scraps To Treasures Blog

Hello my faithful followers!   I wanted to let you all know that I have another blog for you to follow.  It is our NEW Scraps to Treasures Blog found HERE.  Be sure to go on over and follow us as our monthly "hops" will now become Linky Parties so you can create along with us and also have a chance to win our Monthly RAKs. 

There may be more challenges coming in the future in addition to our monthly hop/challenge.

Thank you all for joining us for the past year.  I look forward to seeing you here in 2014 for all of our monthly hops.
