NEW ~~ Scraps To Treasures Blog

Hello my faithful followers!   I wanted to let you all know that I have another blog for you to follow.  It is our NEW Scraps to Treasures Blog found HERE.  Be sure to go on over and follow us as our monthly "hops" will now become Linky Parties so you can create along with us and also have a chance to win our Monthly RAKs. 

There may be more challenges coming in the future in addition to our monthly hop/challenge.

STT - Color Combo Blog Hop

Scraps to Treasures Tic-Tac-Toe Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to yet another Scraps to Treasures Hop!  This month we used the Tic-Tac-Toe board pictured below to create our projects.

I chose to use the middle row going down (distressing, blue and buttons) to make my card. 



I have the flower as the BLUE, the DISTRESSING is on the edges of the tan paper after embossing it and the BUTTONS are on the corners.

Scraps to Treasures - Candy Bar Wrapper Blog Hop

Welcome to STT Candy Bar Wrapper Blog Hop.  We took our scraps and combined them with sweet treats to share some inspiration for you.

Here is my little project to share with you:

I started with a Hershey candy bar, cut 1/2 inch strips of paper, inked the edges with a light grey and wrapped them around the candy bar.  Then I added google eyes. 

This was so simple and fun to do that I actually thought of doing this for the kids for trick-or-treating........then I decided to do them for the special kiddos in my life!

Scraps to Treasures - Anything Goes Blog Hop

Welcome to the Scraps to Treasures - Anything Goes Blog Hop!!

For our hop this month the projects can be anything your little hearts desire as long as you use your scraps.  I love this creative freedom to explore other options than just cards or layouts.  I can't wait to share the inspiration of all the great artists on the Scraps to Treasures Team! 

For my project I did end up making a card with my scraps.  Here it is:

 

I also used the Artiste cartridge to cut the card and the emblem that I stamped with "Thanks".  Added a little burlap ribbon and a couple of brads and this is what I got.  Love using up those scraps!!!
