I think it was sort of fun to dig through my scraps and find "just the right pieces" for my project.
Today I made this wall hanging for my grand daughter's room. I started with a piece of cardboard that was left over from a previous project. I added my scraps to come up with this little gem. The inspiration came from a post I saw on Pinterest.
The scraps are from Echo Park, Close To My Heart, Studio G and The Paper Studio.
Now for some BLOG CANDY for two lucky
hoppers:
We have
two awesome sponsors for this hop:
1. Cori over at Ginger Snap Scraps is giving away a
$10 gift certificate to their store.
2. Shannon Leffew Keith is giving away a set of hand made
flowers from her etsy shop which you can visit here. (Just
remember to come back and finish hopping with us.)
That's right!! Two winners will be drawn on Monday June 18th.
To be eligible to win you need to:
1. Be a follower of my blog
2. Leave a comment on every blog in the hop
(make sure you have a way for me to contact you)
Now you are off to see what Lissa Marie created for your inspiration. Thanks for stopping by and joining us for our Scraps to Treasures Hop. Be sure to come back tomorrow to see what we created to inspire you.

Not sure if anyone told you yesterday that the etsy link gets lost.
I cannot leave a comment at Lissa Marie www.somanycrafts.com 6-17 post. I have tried all morning closing windows, opening windows, in compatibility view, out of it and on different computers. I cannot get a post to show up on the 17th, My post that I am trying to post is
Delete"I love each and everyone of these layouts but my favorite it the story of what your daughter said to your husband. Out of the mouth of babes, right? I could have been knocked over with a feather LOL. Love the card you made to match the situation :)

( I am having issues posting a comment, I clicked the button what feels like 100 times. I swear If it posts 100 times you can beat me with a wet noodle. If it posts only 1 time can I get some sort of a "hallelujah!")"
I will keep trying but I hope this does not disqualify me from the blog hop chances. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. The page will not even load when I click post comment.
super cute! i don't know why but i feel so bad tarring paper.
ReplyDeleteCute flower :) I am getting inspired to use up my drawer of scraps.
