Scraps to Treasures - Anything Goes Blog Hop

Welcome to the Scraps to Treasures - Anything Goes Blog Hop!!

For our hop this month the projects can be anything your little hearts desire as long as you use your scraps.  I love this creative freedom to explore other options than just cards or layouts.  I can't wait to share the inspiration of all the great artists on the Scraps to Treasures Team!

For my project I did end up making a card with my scraps.  Here it is:

I also used the Artiste cartridge to cut the card and the emblem that I stamped with "Thanks".  Added a little burlap ribbon and a couple of brads and this is what I got.  Love using up those scraps!!!

We all love to have the chance to win a little something so I am offering a special "Crafty Grab Bag" as BLOG CANDY!
In order to be eligible to win, I would love to see your comments on each of the participating blogs in the hop.  While we all love to have new followers, it is not a requirement, HOWEVER, if you do follow all of the blogs you will earn an EXTRA ENTRY" in the drawing for the blog candy.

Your next stop in the hop is: LISSA MARIE

I hope you enjoy all the inspiration and you pull out your scraps and make something special.

Hi and welcome to the Krazy Crafting Crew's Birthday Blog Hop!!!

I want to take a minute to say Thank You for hopping along with us, not only today, but for our monthly hops we also have.  Without you, we wouldn't have been around this long!  I also ant to throw out a Huge THANK YOU to Lissa Marie, our fearless leader and the one who keeps us all on track each month.  Way to go Lissa Marie!!!!

If you just happened to drop in, please start at the beginning with Lissa Marie's blog so you don't miss any of the creativity and inspiration along the way.

For our craft this month, we were to make an item to reflect a Birthday or Celebration.  I chose to make this birthday banner which I also used my scraps for!  Two-for-one idea!

Here is a close up of the sentiment on the banner:

This was such a fun and easy banner to create.  I will post later the instructions for making one for yourself.

Thank you again for joining us and we hope we have inspired you in one way or another.

Happy Crafting
Robin

Design Team Tuesday - School's Out for Summer Blog Hop

Welcome to the

Its your kids favorite time of year!
Schools out! Well almost.
Unfortunately as adults we dont get summers off.
Wouldnt that be nice!
No work for almost three months and just time to craft and/or relax.
Today we are featuring items from the My Life in Arts' n Crafts shop and were making something to do with school being out!
So lets get summer vacation started, and pretend we get those three months off!
If youre coming from Jearise's blog  youre heading in the right direction.
Why not start at My Life in Arts' n Crafts' if you havent.

(talk about your fav thing to do during summer vacation as a kid)

For my project today I dug into my scrap box for the papers to create this quick layout:

I also used a bit of ribbon from Jessi's Etsy Store.

Thanks for stopping by and hopping with us today.
