Krazy Crafting Crew - Autumn Colors Blog Hop - Day 1

Welcome to the Krazy Crafting Crew's monthly hop. This month's theme is "Autumn Colors." Our creative crew has been busy creating beautiful and fun projects with the colors of autumn so please take a hop through to see their projects and to leave a comment of encouragement.

Our hostess for this month is Katina if you have stumbled upon the hop and want to see it all that's were to go. She will have the full line up posted in case you began in the middle of the hop or find a broken link. If you have come from Liz's blog you are coming right along.

We also have a special sponsor each month - Scrapbook Stamp Society

They would love to reward one special blog visitor with a prize from their store. To be qualified for their drawing, please comment on all participating blogs and let them know you have.

You can receive extra entries for following them on Facebook at (http://www.facebook.com/groups/205539419562521/) and for commenting on the Scrapbook Stamp Society blog (http://addicted-to-stamps.blogspot.com/).

Here is my project for the Krazy Crafting Crew:

I made this from pieces of 2 x 4's cut to about 8 inches tall.  I then took a brown paper lunch bag, cut off the bottom, cut along the seam of the bag then crumpled them up.  I opened them up and covered the blocks leaving the bottom of the wood block exposed.  Then I took a piece of 6 x 12 inch patterned paper and wrapped it around.  After this I took a piece of fabric and ripped it into strips then wrapped it around the block.  Then I added some fall floral stems and raffia bows with hot glue and then tied the fabric around them.  Finally I cut out my letters and added them to the front.

Thank you so much for stopping by today and don't forget to return for day two tomorrow with another wonderful autumn project.  Now please continue on to Jearise's blog.

Happy Scrapping
Robin
